Q: What is the philosophy of the courses?

A: Our philosophy is to teach in a simple and orderly way, or as we say, step by step. Thus, in the courses, the concepts are explained from the general to the particular, complying with a high technical rigor. All the used terminology is clearly defined during the courses so that the listener can understand, at any time, the exactly meaning of what he is listening to. The courses are presented in a practical way, so that after completing them, everything learned can be immediately implemented. That is, our idea is not to give information to accumulate, but rather what we seek is that everything learned, can quickly be used in real life.

Q: How are the courses presented?

A: The courses are presented online and in an audiovisual format through videos that are played from our site. All the courses are composed of several chapters (there is a video for each of them). The download of the videos is NOT permitted (see Terms & Conditions).

Q: I just purchased a course, how do I watch the videos?

A: To watch the videos of the courses that you have purchased, you must access your account with your username and password. To do so, you must click on the link “Log In” located on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once you have logged into your account, click on the Courses menu and you will see all the available courses. Those which you have purchased appear with a button called “Play Course”. By clicking on it you will access the different videos of the course.

Q: How many times can I play the videos of the courses?

A: The videos of the courses you have purchased can be played as many times as you want. There is no limit to the number of plays you can make for each of them. In order to ensure the proper use of user accounts, we reserve the right to take the necessary measures with the accounts that present a problematic behavior (see Terms & Conditions).

Q: I cannot play the videos, what can I do?

A: In order to play the videos on your desktop computer you must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. If you have already installed it, refresh your browser and play the video immediately. If you still cannot watch it, contact us by clicking Here. In the case you want to play the videos on a mobile device, you will be able to do it only on devices that support Flash Player and RTMP Streaming.

Q: How can I change my account information?

A: To change your account information, including your password or email address, you must access your user profile. To do so, you must log in to your account with your username and password. Once you have logged into your account, you will see a link called “Profile” on the upper right-hand corner of the page. By clicking on it you will access your user profile.

Q: I have forgotten my password, how do I get it back?

A: If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one using your email address. To do so, you must click on the link “Log In” located on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Below the login form there is a link called “Lost your password?” By clicking on it you will get a new password.
